Tell us the email address on your Jam Scsh account and, if it helps, a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
You can report any video, comment, or user directly in the app from the "..." menu on the content or profile. You can also block a user from their profile — you'll no longer see their content, and they won't be able to interact with you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
If you'd rather report something by email, write to development@jamscsh.com with a link or description of the content.
jAmps are Jam Scsh's virtual currency, used to tip artists on their videos and live streams. On iOS, jAmps are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system; your purchase history is available in the app's wallet and through your Apple account. If a purchase didn't credit correctly, contact us with the approximate time of purchase and we'll make it right.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. For step-by-step instructions, see our account deletion page.
